As a caravan owner you are welcome to bring your pets with you to your caravan. Provided they are kept on leads and cleaned up after, We have strict rules in place to keep the park clean and tidy. We do have a small number of caravans which allow pets in our holiday hire accommodation. Here at Towervan's there is a dog friendly beach only 10 min's walk away, We also have great dog friendly places you can take your dogs for walk's, There is a place called Huttoft Bank on the coast road only 10 min's in car you pull up right on the beach front which is concreted and the beach is right in front of you it's a great place to go [a locals secret.]

Yes we can offer you personalised finance packages through both our high street lenders and those who specialise in less than perfect credit, For a personalised quote on any one of our holiday homes you would like to purchase please contact Steve on 01507472459, Please note all finance packages do need a min 20% deposit, Typical example. Holiday home price £15,995,00 deposit required at 20% £3,200,00 then 60 monthly payments of £268,58. Yes! you can have a choice of location on our parks, Subject to availability, When looking for a plot you have to look at your needs for the future too, For example if you have difficulties in walking maybe you should be looking for a road side plot for ease of access to your holiday home, Because at certain times of the season we have to keep vehicles of the grass because of weather conditions, Location of your new holiday home is important too, Are you near all your facilities you are going to need on a day to day basis like local shops, Pubs, Cafe's even bingo. Again we will work with you to find the perfect location we have 16 exclusive parks to choose from in different locations with different facilities on.

Yes! although the design and size will depend on the picth you choose- we reccomend coming to the park, Looking at pitches available and choosing a design that fits after dicussion with the site manager, We do have a pitch development team in place who work closely with site managers and council officials to ensure any development is within site and council regulations, Firstly we find a plot suitable for your needs and then submit a policy plan of your requirements to the policy team and they will come out to survey the plot and decide on the decision of your plan, This sounds very daunting but it is very straight forward and help is at hand if you need it, Just call into reception and they will be more than happy to help.

Yes! family and friends are welcome-sub letting is allowed on all but a few of our sites and many owners find this helps towards their annual running costs, Quite a few owners look at a second holiday home to sub-let which helps cost's of running their holiday home's for example you keep the holiday home you purchased for yourself and then purchase another holiday home to sub-let, This will subsidise both rents and a small income managed properly, The onus is on you to generate customers to fill the sub-letting holiday home this means you have your very own holiday home to yourself instead of sub-letting your pride and joy out to strangers, Call in and speak to Steve in reception for advice on this, It's easier than you think.

No! unlike many operators, With Blue Anchor Leisure, Owners can enjoy their caravan for as long as they like. We do ask that the caravan is kept in respectable condition, Site fees are kept up to date and site rules are adhered to. If you do decide you would like a change and upgrade your holiday home because circumstances have changed and you find yourself with a little cash, We do have a great part exchange rate at this moment in time for loyal customers on any blue anchor park, Just to let you know if you get bored with the park you are on we can look at moving your new holiday home to another Blue Anchor site subject to availability, Just ask Steve the question when you are ready to part exchange your old holiday home.

Yes! all new vans come with a manufacturer's warrenty for 12 months. All pre-owned caravans come with a 3 month warrenty, Please note -once sited and connected by our staff all caravans are given water, Gas and electric checks before we allow occupancy, This is great peace of mind when you buy your holiday home from us, We have a great after sales team and trades people who work hard to maintain and the up keep of your holiday home to very high standards, Which you can expect from a growing company like Blue Anchor Leisure, We do like to keep any improvements or extra's you would like to make to your holiday home in house so we can make sure the work your having done is of an high quality and standard, Call our after sales team on 01754 897897 option 3 for any quotes you would like, We have Plumbers, Electricians, Painters and Carpet Fitters all at hand so phone for that quote.

There are 2 costs to running your very own holiday home there is the purchase of the holiday home itself we have a wide range of holiday home's for sale starting at only 7.995.00 pounds to lodge's at over 100.000 pounds what ever your needs we will find the right holiday home for you whether it be our starter package or our top of the range luxury package, In this cost of the purchase price you will get your holiday home transported to one of our 16 exclusive holiday parks of your choice subject to availability, Sited on the plot you have carefully chosen, Connected to all service's, Inspected and tested by our qualified trades people, Valeted on completion ready for you to walk in and start enjoying your very own holiday home and new life style. The second cost is the up keep of running your holiday home, You have annual site fees which vary depending on which site you choose to go on, Site fee's start from as little as 1870.00 pounds, There are 3 different ways you can choose to pay these cost's one is pay in full before a certain date and you will receive a 100 pounds discount, The second way is to pay in two instalments first payment due in October then second payment due no later than February the third and final way is take our 8 month payment plan this starts in October and ends in May the following year this option gets split in to 8 equal payments and is interest free, These cost for site fee's do include ground rents, Water rates and electricity on most of our parks please ask for details before you choose a park of your choice, For this cost you will get the backing of a growing company looking to improve with the times and invest in all it's exclusive parks and invest in new parks if the right one's come up, The site fee's also cover the upkeep of the park you choose to go on such as grass cutting, Hedge trimming, Rubbish collection, Gas delivery service once purchased from us, Maintain the park through out to the high standards we expect , A great after sales team and trades people.
