As a caravan owner you are welcome to bring your pets with you to your caravan, provided they are kept on leads and cleaned up after.

We have strict rules in place to keep the park clean and tidy.

Here at Towervan's there is a dog friendly beach only 10 minuntes walk away. 

Nearby there is Huttoft Bank which is accessible via the coast road, it's only 10 min's in car,  you pull up right on the beach front which is concreted and the beach is right in front of you, it's a great place to go (a locals secret).

You can have a choice of location on our parks (subject to availability).

When looking for a plot you have to look at your needs for the future too, for example if you have difficulties in walking maybe you should be looking for a road side plot for ease of access to your holiday home, because at certain times of the season we have to keep vehicles of the grass due to the weather conditions. 

Location of your new holiday home is important too, are you near all the facilities you are going to need on a day to day basis like local shops, Pubs, Cafe's even bingo.

We will work with you to find the perfect location we have 13 Holiday Parks to choose from.

Yes.

All you simply need to do is complete a pitch improvement form that is available from the site office.

Once your proposal has been approved by the Pitch Policy team your decking can be fitted.

Family and Friends are welcome

Sub letting is allowed on a few of our sites and many owners find this helps towards their annual running costs.

Pop into the office and speak to Steve for advice on this.

Unlike many operators, with Blue Anchor Leisure owners can enjoy their caravan for as long as they like.

We do ask that the caravan is kept in respectable condition, site fees are kept up to date and site rules are adhered to.

If you do decide you would like a change and upgrade your holiday home because circumstances have changed, we do have a great part exchange rate for loyal customers on any Blue Anchor park. 

Just ask Steve the question when you are ready to part exchange your old holiday home.

Yes. 

All new vans come with a manufacturer's warranty for 12 months. All pre-owned caravans come with a 3 month warranty.

Please note once sited and connected by our staff all caravans are given water, gas and electric checks before we allow occupancy.

This is great peace of mind when you buy your holiday home from us. we have a great after sales team and trades people who work hard to maintain and the upkeep of your holiday home to very high standards.

With any type of Holiday Home Ownership there are two costs involved to take into account.

1. The purchase of your Holiday Home

2..The cost of keeping and using that Holiday Home.

Each year which would also include ground rent charges, gas and electric costs and insurance.
