Reopening Statement

After the Governments latest announcement on February 22nd which detailed the UK’s roadmap out of lockdown and the easing of restrictions on travel, we are pleased to announce that our Holiday Parks will provisionally reopen on April 12th 2021. We would like to point out this is subject to review by the Government.

The latest Government guidance also outlines that local travel will be permitted from March 29th; many caravan owners have expressed an interest in visiting their holiday homes for inspection purposes prior to the reopening of the parks. Therefore, from March 29th to April 12th we are permitting owners within the local area access onto site to carry out inspections between the hours of 10am to 2pm. We would like to point out that the Governments recommendation is that people stay local.

Please note that our park entrances will be staffed and caravan owners will be required to check in and out with the park staff when visiting. No access will be given to caravan owners outside of the hours listed above and due to Government guidelines and restrictions we are unable to permit the use of any facilities while visiting your holiday home, you are not permitted to stay overnight in your holiday homes and your visit is for inspection purposes only.

As indoor hospitality is not permitted at this time our entertainment venues and park facilities will remain closed until May 17th 2021 at which time it is anticipated that the UK will move to the next stage of the UK roadmap, this is subject to Government review.

If you have a holiday booked with us that is affected by the extended lockdown our reservations team will be in contact with you to discuss your options.

We will continue to follow the UK roadmap out of lockdown and therefore all information provided is subject to review dependent upon the guidance provided by our Prime Minister. If you have any questions please contact our Seaways office on 01754 897 897.
