If you have a dog you can walk it on the park as long as it is on a lead at all times and cleaned up after.

Unfortunately the plots we have free are for New Sale Statics and Lodges but we are giving fantastic Part Exchange deals at the moment.

All you simply need to do is complete a pitch improvement form that is available from the site office.

Once your proposal has been approved by the Pitch Policy team your decking can be fitted.

We are a private park so no sub-letting is allowed, we do have a lot of sub-letting parks that we can offer you within our company.

With any type of Holiday Home Ownership there are two costs involved to take into account.

1. The purchase of your Holiday Home

2..The cost of keeping and using that Holiday Home.

Each year which would also include ground rent charges, gas and electric costs and insurance. 

We sell gas, you can pop into our site office or call us on 01754763887 so that we can arrange it for you.

Our site team will cut the grass but if you would like to cut the grass around your Holiday Home you're more than welcome.
